We did it!  With a big push from Peggy’s delicious peaches, we donated 112 lbs of wonderful fruit and veggies to the food bank today.

Here is the recipe for the Zucchini bread to share with the group.   Sheri

1 C. Oil ( I used peanut oil this time but any oil works)
3 beaten eggs
2 C. sugar   ( I used 1 1/2 C)
2 C. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
3 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. BP
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 C. nuts
Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for an hour.
