"Mondays harvest - it was 96 lb. of lovely day-old veggies."   Barb






Southern Slaw

1 head of cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
2T red onion, chopped
1C light mayo
4T white vinegar
3T sugar
1/2t salt
1/4t pepper

Mix all together and store in fridge covered. Serve in a few hours for crunchy slaw, or overnight for softer slaw.
