Thanks in part to Peggy and her very prolific peach tree, today we were able to donate  131lbs of beautiful fruit and to the food bank.

Many, many thanks also to Carol who hauled more than half the load in her trusty people carrier.  Couldn’t have done it without your help, Carol.

 the team had a heat break....however......

  I dropped off 92lbs at the Food Bank early this morning of mostly cucumbers and summer squash that I've been picking and keeping in a cool place. Melanie contributed some of the same plus some nice tomatoes.   Fran

We hit another century today, in spite of being short on worker bees!

We donated 105 lbs of beautiful fruit and veggies to the food bank.
